This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Embark Creative Studio Inc., an Ontario corporation (“Embark”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the purchasing client (“Client”, “you”).
By purchasing a service, subscription, or membership from Embark Creative Studio Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Embark provides design, development, and strategic services primarily through recurring Studio Memberships, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Studio Memberships are ongoing service relationships, not fixed-scope or project-based engagements.
Embark does not operate as an employee, contractor-for-hire, or full-time internal team member.
Embark currently offers the following membership tiers:
Each tier differs in scope, access, response time, development involvement, strategic input, and availability.
Specific inclusions are communicated at the time of purchase or in a written recommendation.
